About This Course

Ministry can be very rewarding and fulfilling but it also requires a great deal from us mentally. Many times, we can push ourselves past our limits which can lead to exhaustion and burnout. Emotional/mental burnout can be the result of failing to maintain proper care of our vessels. This course will explore the importance of maintaining a healthy mind in ministry so that we can not only serve others with our best but serve God with our best as well. Objectives: - Identify biblical references that promote mental health - Explore practical ways to maintain the health of the mind.
